Amanda Bolton APC, NCC
We are often trying to figure life out on our own because we have a belief that others already have it figured out.
I'm here to tell you that they don't AND that you do not have to do it alone.
Whatever you're looking for, healing, support, or maybe you're not sure yet... My job is to walk alongside you in finding it. I enjoy working with folks in all phases of life, but I specialize in Couples Counseling (dating, living together, engaged, married), Co-Parenting, Trauma/PTSD, LGBTQIA+/Questioning, and EMDR.
A certificate in Marriage & Family Therapy allows me to bring a holistic approach to therapy. This means that therapy isn't all about a problem or diagnosis, but rather you as a whole human being. Your environment, family dynamics, intersecting identities, life experiences, and traumas have all impacted who you are today and how you move in the world.
If you'd like to schedule a consultation call to see if we're a good fit I'm easy to reach via email, text, or call. Whether our paths cross or not, take a moment to acknowledge how cool it is that you care enough about yourself and your relationships to take this step.
