Bailey Foster, MA, NCC
Reaching out for help takes a lot of courage, and I believe that taking steps to understand your own story is one of the bravest things you can do.
My approach to counseling is rooted in empathy, connection, and understanding. I believe that each person's journey is unique, and I tailor my therapeutic techniques to meet the specific needs and goals of my clients. By fostering a non-judgmental and supportive environment, I aim to create a space where individuals can explore their thoughts, emotions, and challenges freely.
I work with clients facing a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, grief, and trauma. I also have a passion for working with women healing from sexual trauma or sexual abuse. I use a Person-Centered and Psychodynamic approach with an emphasis on attachment to help my clients better understand how their past may be impacting present behaviors.
My goal is to help clients develop self-awareness, adopt healthy coping skills, and empower them to make positive changes in their lives.
Outside of the counseling room, I enjoy cooking, reading, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
